Fontanez is Los Angeles-based with 15 years experience shooting events, weddings, live concerts, headshots, bands, calendars, production and commercial work, and fine art. As an event planner, Paulette E. Fontanez is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and local industry leader. In 2009 she won the Rising Star Award and in 2011 was awarded the Gary J. Rosenberg Scholarship by the Meeting Professionals International Southern California Chapter. An active member of MPISCC, Paulette currently sits on the board of directors as the Director of Public Relations & Media. She has been instrumental in the execution of several high-level industry events and is occasionally speaks on social media and the events industry. Aside her work within the meetings & events industry, she has handled events for organizations such as:

Food
As a foodie, Paulette E. Fontanez is the Los Angeles-based food blogger behind Girl + Fire. An exploration of the crossroads between kitchen experiments and the desire to feed oneself, Paulette's food writing was recently lauded by the Orange County Fair in a food blog competition. As part of a food blogger competition, she has also created a Balsamic Pesto Pizza for local restaurant Rosti Tuscan Kitchen, and is a member of Food Bloggers Los Angeles.
